Strength. Experience. Support.
The Group
AOne Parts & Logistics is a new company with some familiar faces and new ideas! Jack Caloras formerly of CRS Jet Spares has put together a group to help create his new company called AOne Parts & Logistics, LLC. “This company has been formed to utilize the experience and knowledge of our people, be mindful of the socio-economic factors facing the Business Aviation Community and provide customers with P.O.S. (Positively Outrageous Service) as created by Scott Gross” says Caloras. AOne has coined the phrase “Purveyor of Support and Service Excellence” which is what AOne will be striving to do for every customer it touches during each transaction and interaction.
For me personally this is an opportunity to create a company utilizing the experiences that I have had along my journey. AOne plans on providing services and solutions delivered in a manner that takes the positive aspects of today’s traditional Biz AV parts and service suppliers framing them in an innovative manner that serves all involved in each opportunity and transaction. “We are excited about the possibilities of our vision and believe that the benefits to all involved will be unique and well appreciated” from Caloras
Jack Caloras
Creating this company was a culmination of events that were beyond my control. To be able to put together a group of people you both respect and enjoy is a pleasant cocktail! The belief in providing excellent service with a focus on relationship selling has come from his journey which has provided an appreciation for exceeding ones expectations. Jack gained expertise and sharpened his skill-set while managing CRS the aftermarket support parts supplier founded by the late Armando Leighton Jr. With operations, sales, marketing and business development experience Jack brings to the AOne a well rounded background to help shape the company and help to lead the group with the vision and plans established. The business model is a simple one to try to enjoy what you are doing, who you are doing it with and appreciate the role we all play in making good things happen! This customer focused business model Caloras provides to AOne will help define the path this company takes.

Kirk Meissner
AOne Parts & Logistics Partner Kirk Meissner Journey Comes to An End
Kirk Meissner, a longtime member of the Private Jet Aviation Community and partner in the aftermarket solution provider AOne Parts & Logistics has passed away.
Our community has lost a long-time beloved member that will be dearly missed by all that knew and touched him. Today I must come to grips with knowing that I have lost another dear friend, partner, and overall great guy whom I was fortunate to have had in my life for over 30-years. The swiftness of his departure has left a huge hole and broken heart for all in Kirk’s life. We are all aware of and deal in different ways with the reality that our time as we know it on this planet is finite. However, the speed and harshness of his illness with this result is shocking to us all!
I knew Kirk to be a husband, father, fisherman, friend, and my partner which he was outstanding at in each and every role during his life. I also knew Kirk to have been the best damn salesperson that I have ever met. To me he is the all-time G.O.A.T. of our wonderful Aviation Community! I have designated a new acronym to place him in my journeys Hall of Fame and memorialize him as he deserves. Kirk Meissner is the B.A.S.E. which is the Best Aviation Salesperson Ever.
Tonight, I will find a bottle of vodka. Kirk’s favorite even though I tried getting him to switch to tequila. Raise the glass to the B.A.S.E. and tell him that we will all miss him and just how much I loved him!
(He will always be remembered for that great head of silver hair, his glasses and great smile.

As Quality Director of AOne Marc will be driven by the mantra of “Continuous Improvement” and lead the AOne Team in being the very best that it can possibly be. The title of Quality Director may be too narrow for the impact he has at AOne and that could be why he is affectionately known at AOne as our “Continuous Improvement Commander”.
